Eric has special expertise in IRC Section 1031 tax-deferred exchanges; shopping center and retail development; retail tenant leasing; investment property acquisitions, financings, and sales; structuring real estate and business transactions, including ownership and financing alternatives; and borrower representation in construction, permanent, and asset-based financing.

Lisa joined the firm in 2013 after working for the legal department of a not-for-profit biotechnology company in Seattle, Washington.
Lisa handles due diligence review, drafting, and contract review for a variety of commercial transactions, including sales and acquisitions, refinances, and leases.
Lisa is a member of the Delaware Bar Association and has special expertise drafting legal opinions for transactions involving Delaware single purposes entities, substantive nonconsolidation issues, loan documents governed by Pennsylvania law, New Jersey law, Delaware law, and District of Columbia law and loans secured by properties located in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, and District of Columbia.
